Are you looking to up your pole or aerial game with a class designed to get you strong AND flexible? This is a great way to work towards your goals! Strength & Flexibility class features on and off the equipment workouts tailored to the variety of grips and movements needed in pole and aerial. We used yoga and pilates inspired workouts and tap into our instructors PT knowledge.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! All levels are catered for.

This class is designed to build the strength and flexibility needed for pole, aerial, or any movement practice. It’s perfect for those already training who want to improve their mobility and endurance, as well as new beginners who want to build a strong foundation before jumping into pole or aerial classes.

You’ll work on active flexibility, strength drills, core conditioning, and mobility exercises tailored to help with pole and aerial movements. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, deep stretches, and controlled movement to safely increase flexibility and power.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows full range of motion. Bring water, and a yoga mat if you have one. No shoes required as this class is typically done barefoot or in socks.
