For folks who want to work on the fundamentals of pole fitness. You will learn transitions, spins, sits and lots of fun conditioning exercises to get you pole strong!

Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!

FAQ’s

  • Absolutely! You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start - beginner pole fitness helps you build both over time. Every move is new beginner-friendly, and you’ll progress at your own pace in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

  • Wear shorts or leggings/joggers you can roll up and a fitted top with chest support if needed. Bring water, and avoid using lotions or oils on the day of class (they make gripping the pole harder). We will gradually transition to shorts and if you don’t want to wear them we can help you find grippy leggings!

  • That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone! Many people feel that way at first, but pole fitness is about building confidence, not just strength. Everyone in class is focused on their own progress, and the studio is a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel safe and supported. We specialise in neuro-divergent safe classes.
