For all folks who want to get sassy in their socks!  For those who want to connect with their body through the power of pole dance and dance out the stresses of the week in the safety of the studio and get some killer content. 

Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! All levels are catered for. 

FAQ’s

  • Absolutely not! Pole dance can be either in socks or heels. Come in whatever empowers you the most!

  • We suggest leggings, a top that makes you feel comfy and if you need it, chest support. Come in whatever makes you feel your most confident!

  • This class is about dance movement using the poleand there will be more of a focus on spins, transitions and musicality than anything athletic.
