Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! There will be something for everyone!

  • No! Mixed Ability Pole Fitness is about building strength, technique for tricks and spins and sometimes linking up what we already know. We have other options for sexy or dance based classes!
