Heels Tricks
This fortnightly class will teach those who are passionate about pole and heels the specific techniques for tricks that are best performed in heels. Sometimes we will combo them, sometimes not! Think kips, drops, bangs, clacks and edgework!
Pre-requisites: at least 6 months of pole classes of any kind.

This is a technique-focused class designed to refine movement quality, control, and precision in heels. You’ll work on everything from foundational moves like fan kicks and pirouettes to advanced tricks like kips, drops, clacks, and dynamic floorwork. The goal is to make your movement smoother, stronger, and more intentional.

Pole-specific heels (like Pleasers) with ankle support are essential. Knee pads are highly recommended, especially for floor-based movements. Wear leggings or knee-high socks for comfort and protection, and bring water - you’ll be drilling technique, so expect a workout! Some weeks you may need back of the knee grip.
